I will be at 7 months post op in 2 days. After surgery I gained 14lbs, went from 147 to 161. Started working out and eating healthy on 06/04 and are now back to 147. These pics were taken today.

I started walking at just over 6 weeks and today at 8 weeks I did zumba for the first time. I am swollen which I didn't ex. pect at this stage so I put on a binder I bought for compression. Other than that I feel great. I will take some scar pics when I get a chance. Here are some before pics and after. The after were taken this morning before my zumba workout and after my walk. I get minor swelling when I walk my 2 big dogs, I walk between 2 to 5 miles depending on the day. The zumba really did it today. I still can't do ab work.
