So I sent a message to schedule a phone consult with Dr. OPP. I spoke to the doctor himself. We talked about my wishes and he has a very natural approach to the way he wants his work done for the most part. We talked about both gummy and moderate plus size silicone implants for my surgery. He would give me the option to think about it and decide what I wanted to go with when the phone conversation was over. I didn’t like that I was stuck unable to determine which size I wanted to go with because here I was in New York and they are in Florida. They just kept telling me how everyone always goes with the 270cc gummies and they’ll look great. They don’t let you pick multiple sizes when it comes to gummies bc they order only one size for you. I find that odd being that it’s a surgery center and they should have multiple sizes on hand. When I landed I had my first pre op appointment. It went well. Nothing crazy. The day after was my surgery.l was September 20th 2017. I believe it was scheduled for around 10am. I had to sit there for hours bc they extended their first surgery and it was taking longer than expected. It made me even more nervous that nothing was happening in a timely manner but hey some things you can’t control. So I met the nurses and the anesthesiologist all were sweet and awesome. They hooked me up to the IV and wheeled me into the OR. I was asleep within minutes. I woke up in the recovery room. I like that the doctor recorded some videos during the surgery for me to see. That was my request and very nice of him to do. My implants are 270cc gummies after being a deflated A. I breastfed 2 kids. They’re fuller. A bit firm but still nicer than before. I feel I should’ve went with the 320cc to have a more noticeable effect but I am still content that they are full and beautiful. My scars are in the crease and very well hidden. I was walking around and going to the movies and lunch a day after surgery. I take pain well. I was only on the Percocet for 3 days. I think being cold made the pain even worse. I got little to no sleep on day 1 and 2 post op but took naps during the day on my Percocets lol. I’m satisfied with my fuller breasts. One other thing I that I thought they would have a slight lift to the nipple as my surgeon had stated but they have not done so. Wondering if I should get an internal lift or something? Oh btw I’m writing this review about 4 months post OPP.

Thanks so much for being kind and honest. There are always some limitations with choosing an implant size, especially from afar, and we will always go with the gut instinct of the patient and the size we chose at the consult. I'm glad you're happy with your beautiful results. Shaped implants are the absolute best way to get as much lift as possible to the nipple without adding a scar to the outside of the breast. An internal lift can only affect breast implant position. Remember: We R here 4U.
