Revision bottomed out and right implant shifted to the armpit area
I went in for revision 4 months post op. I want to share how my breasts looked directly after because I was in absolute tears!!!!!!! They looked so deformed and I didn't know to expect this as I wasn't informed they would be this way. I'm just past 2 weeks post op and they have settled a lot, although not as symmetrical this time and I'm not exactly thrilled about that. The internal sutures were quite painful to the first week or so. The pain messed about 1 week after and the side that originally went towards my armpit area has become really sore/bruised to touch on the side. Not sure if the sutures are not holding and the implant is pressing on them or however that works. I'm waiting it out for now. I do feel as though that breast may bottom out again as it doesn't have a good tight crease like the other one does. Hopefully it all works out. I wear a underwire bra in daytime with a sports bra over it for extra hold. At night I wear a snug sports bra to hold in place. The photos I'll upload are directly after and about 2 weeks post op.

Hello!! So I thought I'd share my journey here as others have been so helpful to me!!
I'm 32 w/2 kids age 6&7. Both nursed 1 year and left this mama totally flat. Prior to kids I was a small B cup I would say. Very perky & loved my boobs! After....not so much. Took me a good 5 years to finally get over being A chicken and having the surgery to bring back a piece of happiness I'd lost.
My initial Surgey was end of March 2017. I was a 32aa and chose 310 mod+ inspira implants. My bwd was 11, and we went over by about 1cm as I wanted a little side boob and wanted as much cc's as I could get without going HP.
Recovery was good. I went under muscle so it was quite uncomfortable at times those first weeks. Incisions healed great and I got all sensitivity in nipples back.
I loved them right after surgery but noticed around 2 weeks my breast fold wasn't going to hold them in place. Mine dropped rather quickly into place and looked fabulous. We waited it out and at 4 months I went in for a revision to have permanent sutures put in to correct bottoming out as well as one that started to love my armpit area a bit more than I'd like - very minimal but figured if I was going back in why not have that stitched too :).
Revision was August 3rd 2017. I'll address this in another post.
Here are pre, day of surgery, 5 day post op,
