I went for my first rhinoplasty consultation when I was 16 due to a deviated septum and just absolutely hating my nose. I wanted to wait until I truly grew into my face before having surgery so finally almsot 10 years later, I did it! My nose has always been wide, with a hump and bulbous tip so my profile was awful and when I smiled, I felt like my nose took over my face.
