Photos of the After Day of Surgery
Heres the first images I saw of my After from snapchat :) I was still loopy from the anesthesia but I knew there'd be an update on my results on my snapchat account. I reached for my phone and was pleasantly greeted with beautiful results that put me at ease. I was able to rest assured that I was poppin'!
New Bbl 10 Days Post Opp
Its been three years since Dr Adam Oppenheimer did my mommy makeover that included breast lift with implants and a tummy tuck. I knew from the beginning that I'd come back for a BBL. It was time, I just felt it in my soul. I went in for a consult and set up an appointment for the following weekend with Dr Opp and im currently 10 days post opp. First and foremost let me apologize because I forgot my password and finally got around to updating, I would've loved to document the last few days, but I'll try to recollect my memories as I fill you on what to expect the days leading up to Bbl and the first week post op.
A few days before I made sure to fill my prescriptions.
The day before I took my shower with the antibacterial soap I was provided, and I took my colace to aid in my first bowel movement post op. That night was unevenfull expect for the fact that I barely got any sleep from excitement. I finally dozed off around 12 am and woke up at 3:30 Am because I needed to be at the OR bright and early 6 AM.
Once un the OR I was greeted by nurse Michelle and Nurse La'el who were dreams, so sweet and easy vibed. They made sure to check me in, took a pregnancy test, some diagnostics, and introduced me to my anesthesiologist. I can't remember his name, but he was professional and kind. They made sure I had a place to put my belongings and gave me my OR dressings, and sat me down on a reclining chair with mood music and dimmed the lights so I could take a nap as we waited for Dr. Oppenhiemer. When he came in, he greeted me and we began taking photos mad doing markings on my body. I specifically remember telling him I fully trusted him, his expertise and his amazing skills since I was so happy with what he'd done with me so far in regards to my mommy makeover. I was walked over to the surgery room and chatted with La'el about being cold and she promised to get me warmed up and that was that. I was out, deep in slumber. I woke up at 12 pm on my backside and remember thinking I should be on my stomach. La'el was already there and she helped me turn over reassuring me to take my time, everything was ok. She told me my husband was on his way to pick me up and I kept dozing off. At some point I ate a granola bar, called my husband for an update on his location, checked my snapchat stories (because Dr Opp uploads his work for educational purposes if given consent) for a sneek peep of my results, was giddy with excitement at what I saw, and was paid a visit by Dr. Opp who came to make sure I was good to go. Everything is a blur from the anesthesia, but at some point my husband showed up and I slid off the bed and was wheeled out and into the back seat of my car and on my way to recovery at home. As far as how I felt, everything was mix of numbness and slight soreness. A bit dizzy, I threw up 3 times, that really cleared my head and made me feel better. I felt very drowsy, couldn't stay awake for long, kept taking naps. My other than that I was just excited and happy to be done and on my way to recover.
They sent me home with a booty pillow, a card with the times I last received my meds, and a surgical binder around my midsection and two drains. When I got home I was able to walk to my room, get in my bed on my belly and sleep, sleep, sleep. I basically ate granola bars, saltine crackers and water all day. By the evening was I was up and walking to pee and empty my drains and all that good stuff. I was in good spirits and feeling mildly sore.

New Update Alert!!!
Drain Drain Go Away
One week! The drain has been removed, it felt amazing. Dr. Opp as always very patient with me and my gazillion questions. I asked if the sloshing sound in one implant was normal, he assured me it was. I'vebeen able to stand a little straighter everyday. I've been given permission to lay on my back on the bed with my legs propped on pillows to relieve some of the pain on my lower back from sleeping on the recliner for a week. My incisions look great, I love seeing my swelling go down and revealing my new amazing body. Move withdrawn from the pain mess since yesterday and I'm so high on happiness that physically I feel totally fine. So don't wait, if ur dreaming of doing this, do it! It's worth it. Maybe you're searching for a doctor who's highly skilled in his art, a glorified tailor you might say. Or maybe you're set on someone who inspires trust and feels like your homeboy. Well let me tell you, get u a Dr that can do both! Get down with Opp ;-)

Dr Opp is the best! He is the most humble man. He deserves all the credit, he's an artist. He has a vision, and he will measure triple times to make sure he gets the best results for you. Don't be fooled into thinking he's inexperienced because of his young age, he definitely has the goods. He's an expert! Plus he has a cute sense of humor, you will love his personality. He's super clean, and thorough, I felt safe right away. His staff is so kind and sweet, and accomadating. I slept so peacefully in their care.
