You look amazing girl! I am 8 weeks post op and Dr. Soto dud an amazing job on me! I can't wait for the numbness and swelling to go away, so I can feel more comfortable wearing bathing suits. Congrats on your 6 months! :)
Thank you, and congrats on your surgery!! But just an fyi, I'm still mostly numb, and at this point, I'm kind of used to it. But hopefully it'll go away soon!!
At what point did your swelling go away? And when did your breasts start feeling a part if you? I know it's a silly question regarding the breasts but I still can't sleep to long on my side before they start bothering me. Maybe I just need to not think about it.
The swelling was pretty much gone after 8 weeks. As for sleeping on your side, I cant remember how long it took before that was comfortable, but I know what you're talking about. I remember how I could feel the implants move when I was on my side and it was uncomfortable and sometimes hurt. But it will go away!! I sleep on my sides and on my stomach now with no problems!!
I'm so glad to hear it will finally go away! Hopefully since I'm 8 weeks I should start feeling the swelling going down! Yaaayyyy! When did you stop wearing your binder or compression garment? I still find myself still slipping in my binder when I get home because I feel funny without it. I know that I just have to remember to be patient. :)
I didn't wear mine longer than 8 weeks. Once I knew I didn't have to I couldn't make myself put that thing on again lol! But you are right, patience is key, It's hard for me to believe that its been 6 months post op for me already. Also I tried to walk a little each day after 8 weeks and that seemed to help too. Just to try and get my body out of lazy mode lol, and that helped with the swelling and the entire healing process a little more.
Dr.Soto said I could stop wearing it at around 5 weeks and to wear Spanx, but I was so afraid that I would develop Seroma. I worry to much! Lol... My stomach is pretty flat. During the evening after eating dinner is when it swells up more. Not bad but enough for me to put on the binder. Doctor knows best! I have been walking and even started working back out at the gym. Hopefully the more I do this the better I'll get. ;)
Absolutely!! Good luck with everything and if you have any more questions feel free to ask!
Oh and I just looked at your pics and you look wonderful!!!

Don't know why that posted twice lol
You look AMAZING! I am scheduled with Dr. Soto for November 13th. Trying to lose about 15 more pounds before surgery. Since I'm having a breast lift and tummy tuck, he's requiring me to stay overnight at the facility with a nurse for proper care. Did you stay also?
Yes I did stay overnight, Ginger stayed with me and she was wonderful. Only bad thing was that its a small area and they don't let anyone stay with you. Thank you, and good luck!!
Hey lady... I was wondering how your doing and I'd your going to post any updates of yourself. I really enjoyed your updates from time to time! Would love to see pictures of your amazing self! :)

Scars still have some redness, but I've seen a huge difference in the color over the past month.
