25 No Kids, Lost 52 Pounds, Triple D's to Saggy B's

So a few years ago I lost 52 pounds and went from having massive triple D's (I'm 5 feet) to my saggy B cups. I really contemplated having a breast lift with implants and had 4 consultations with 4 different doctors. Finally I chose Dr. Armando Soto. I actually met him in my consultation and not a nurse. He first asked me what I wanted and really listened. Then he gave me his suggestions and told me what I would expect. He was very upfront with me from the beginning. After a few months of saving money, I finally made my appointment for the procedure with Dr. Soto. At my pre-op he spent about 45 mins with me going over the the day before, day of and after surgery procedures. He gave me all of my prescriptions and answered all of my questions. The day of surgery I met with him, the nurse and the anesthesiologist. The surgery was on time and went as planned. I met with him every week for 4 weeks for follow ups. The surgery itself was not painful but more uncomfortable than anything. It's 5 weeks out and I feel amazing. My implants feel like they're apart of me and day by day it really became easier.

My left implant is a 275 cc silicon implant and my right is 300cc silicon since they were uneven before surgery.
