Dr TOM Trevisani is a GENIUS! He did my nose in 2003 which is so perfect! I knew when my Implant ruptured after 17 yrs he was the only Surgeon for me! So I traveled to FLA, I am now 4 weeks Post Op! AND couldn't be more Ecstatic! WORK OF ART! He assisted me on my decisions was straight forward, little pain for 1st 3 days. I couldn't of asked for a better DR.

Did you have implants removed and then these? They look great! Are they under the muscle?
Yes I had the saline implants removed, The right one had ruptured. I am over the muscle. I spoke to Dr Tom about because I did want to go under this time but he explained I was Not a canCandidate for under as it would give me a double bubble. Great Call on his behalf. Thank you I LOVE THEM! The only way they could of looked better is if I would of taken his advise on the doing the lift, Which I chose to Not do for personal reasons and was willing to deal a natural sag. But Lucky for me he takes his work so seriously that when he got inside to remove the implants he saw where he could improve the look of my results and did all he could do! I am so happy that he did it ! I feel most Dr's would of possible just changed out the implants. That really showed me he cares about his patients. I do plan on having more Surgery in the future and I WILL go back to Dr Tom. There is no other option for me. Good luck to you!
