I had my Breast augmentation with saline implants over 10 years ago. Dr. Tom Trevisani did a great job- my Breasts look so real. Since its been a while since my original Breast augmentation - I want to go a little larger and upgrade to silicone. Just had my consultation with Dr.T- he's still the same - very smart and cool!
He said High profile will fit my frame really well- we're thinking 475cc.
