24 Years Old, 5’4’’, Currently 32AA, 300cc High Profile - Orlando, FL

I’ve been wanting a boob job since I started high school. I’ve always been very petite, and have a hard time finding bathing suits and bras that fit. I used to stuff my bra and I still wear heavily padded bras every day. I also used to be underweight, but I’m back at a healthy weight around 108. I started saving money in a separate “boob fund” a year ago and I finally had enough by November 2017. I’ve already had my consultation and pre op with Dr. Oppenheimer in Orlando, FL.
At the consultation he recommended I don’t go larger than 300cc due to my small frame, he also suggested gummy bear implants, under the muscle, and nipple incision. Since I’m so small he thinks an incision under the crease might show since my boobs won’t be large enough to drop over the scar.
I’ve decided to go 300cc but with high profile implants. I’ve agreed to go dual plane method, and have a nipple incision.
My surgery is less than a week away and I’m starting to get nervous! My main concern is that I’m going too large.
Does anyone have any advice? Do you think 300cc will look too large/fake on my small frame?
