I am 45 with 5 children (including twins). On March 28, 2016, I had a much needed great lift and 300cc implants. I am over the top happy with these results. My second procedure was abdominoplasty, Lipo of upper back, inner thighs, flanks, with a fat transfer to my butt! I have done a ton of research and always knew one day I would get my "mommy makeover"!! I was never planning on getting my BBL, but after my final consultation, I was super excited to use my Lipo fat for something! So in the butt it goes! I didn't realize, you only have on chance to use your lipo'd fat. And you can't do all of this surgery at one time. Therefore, 2 separate surgeries! I'm posting my before photo, before the lift and the before pic on the day of tummy tuck and BBL.
First post op appt
Went to see my PS today and everything is looking great. I wish I could have got a bit more lipo'd fat transferred to the butt, but that was all he could harvest and transfer!! I'm very pleased with my incision and belly button placement. I'm obviously still swollen. Can not wait to continue to heal and see results!! So excited! My pain is tolerable, taking hydrocodone about every 5-6 hrs. Sleeping pretty good on my recliner and boppy baby pillow. The worst of the pain is getting up and down to pee. But it feels good to walk around. Oh yeah, and my period came the day after surgery, so that's fun :( but truly, no complaints.... so blessed to be able to transform my body. I am fascinated with the whole surgical process!

Mary texts me through the surgery, which is so helpful! Lisa in the office also is great! Dr. Manolis has given me perfect, symmetrical, natural looking breasts! And feel confident that my lower body will be a perfect match to my top!
