Lost 30 Pounds in First 2 Months
healthy2022April 27, 2022
WORTH IT$8,000
I’ve lost 30 pounds in my first 2 months. I’m almost at the end of month 3 and haven’t lost a single pound this week. I read the weight loss levels off after 3 months, so I wonder why I can’t just get it out? I need to lose another 50 pounds so it’s frustrating to think I might not lose anything after this point. But… I could not have lost 30 pounds on my own. I tried and tried and tried.
Pros:
Rapid weight loss
Get in the habit of having small portions
Get sick if you have greasy, very unhealthy food and learn to avoid it.
Quickly helped joints, stomach fat, etc.
Not permanent can remove any time (pro for me because helped me realize I don’t want a perm change)
Cons:
Nausea & vomiting if overeating or eating unhealthy
Adjusting to not having hunger
Low energy
Not able to drink enough water
Can’t eat what you want
Stomach is often uncomfortable
COST!! $$$$
Tips:
TAKE YOUR MEDS ON TIME (unless you like vomiting lol)
You will probably be bloated the first weeks. Massage your tummy, walk after eating, etc it will get better.
It’s normal to vomit and struggle keeping liquid down the first 3 days, sleep sitting up to help this.
Sleep on your left side or back
Track everything for a while
Don’t freak out if your weight doesn’t budge for a week, it will move when it’s ready
