69 Years Old, Lower Face Drooping, Needed a "Lift"

Before visiting Dr. Mao, I felt good about my looks as I work out and eat right. I'm the right weight and only felt like my lower face looked older than the rest of my face. I have high cheekbones but the area around my chin and neck looked tired. I had a very pleasant and informative consultation with Dr. Mao. He outlined the benefits and the risks of surgery and I felt very comfortable with him. I had also looked at his previous procedures like mine and read his resume and accreditation's. I felt this was a match. I received clear instructions on what to do before, during and after this procedure. The procedure itself was done without anesthesia and I had to use a minimal amount of pain medicine. I used a car service afterwards and went to a nearby hotel recommended by Dr. Mao's team. On the evening after the procedure, I needed some help with my bandages and had inadvertently pulled some off and was bleeding. Dr. Mao and his assistant came to my room - after hours - and cleaned up my bandages and reassured me. They were wonderful and kind and I felt they went above and beyond the call of duty. It is now 2 months later and I love the way my face looks. I am very happy with Dr. Mao, his great work and his staff. I highly recommend him for this procedure.
