Breast Implant Exchange (due to Rupture) Saline to Silicone!

I couldn't have had a better outcome and recovery so far. Minimal pain & just a little sore, even after going under the muscle. My doctor seemed surprised as well and said I was tough, lol. I do have some bruising and a little more swelling on the side that had the rupture, as expected. Here's some pics from yesterday. (Both of the bras I'm wearing have no underwire and their from VS)

I feel really good! Been staying on top of my meds (painkiller, muscle relaxer, anti-nausea, & abx). Because I already had the pockets formed from my last surgery, the only thing he had to do this time around was separate the muscle to place the implant underneath. The only way I can describe the soreness is if you've ever overdone a really intense pectoral workout and your muscles are extremely sore after lol.

My surgery was this morning & everything went perfect! Woke up feeling like a million bucks (with the help of some painkillers), and no nausea. My doctor put in 492cc, smooth round, moderate profile, under the muscle. Once I woke up he immediately told me and my mom that I'm going to be very happy with the results so I can't wait to see my new girls at my post-op on Friday when he takes off my bandage!
