I had lost 85lbs when I was 21 years old. And for the following 15 years, I was unaware that I was carrying around loose skin; I honestly viewed myself as someone who was stuck with this body and unable to change it...and then when I could no longer take it, I started doing my research. Reading the words "lower body lift" was as if the computer was talking directly to me. I was elated and relieved.

I started talking to friends and clients who have been to plastic surgeons and some who have had weight loss surgeries and got a few referrals. I researched these doctors and became so discouraged. On one of these doctors websites, one who is a "specialist" in body lifts following massive weight loss, the after pictures of his clients were so horrible, I thought no way am I having this surgery if this is how I would end up looking. No attention or detail to aesthetics what-so-ever. I even went to another doctor for a consult (she charges $100 just for a 15 minute meeting) and she would NOT show me any before and after pictures. How odd is that? Why on earth would a doctor be so secretive about their work? After finding Dr. Agha's website, I knew I struck gold! Pictures really do speak a thousand words and his after pictures are the most accurate indication of the doctors work.

I had a lower body lift which included the tummy tuck, spiral thigh lift and fat to butt transfer. I am now a walking billboard for this doctors incredible skillfull hand! I want to strip for anyone who is willing to look at the new me, at the transformation Dr. Agha gave me. I am positively thrilled with my results. Better than I ever dreamt of.

I had a follow up surgery exactly one year later to the date for a few nips n tucks.

Hi there, welcome and thanks so much for sharing your experience with us!

I'm so glad you're surgery was a success! We'd love to see a before/after photo, if you have any you feel comfortable sharing.

How was your recovery period, following surgery? Did you have much pain, downtime, etc?

This sounds like its coming from the dr. Sounds untrustworthy to me

Are you for real? Pretty nervy to say after I fully disclosed my personal story, and have the scars to prove it. You should really be cautious when making unsupported statements such as this. Sounds quite ignorant.

I just had my consult for exactly the same procedure, did you post pics? Are the results still looking good? What about scaring? I'm very curious to learn as much as I can before I go.

Hi! No, never posted pics...results still look just as amazing and wonderful :) and there is quite a bit of scarring, which you really need to wrap your head around beforehand...but, do your research on scar treatment and care, as everybody's body handles the scars differently. I also recommend renting a hospital bed for a month, this was a life saver as it makes things so much easier when you do need to get out of bed for the bathroom and such :)

Oh that's too bad I would love to see your results, I have had tummy tuck before and scar is not really visible. I just thought the thighs and butt lift ones may be thicker? Did yours fade in color? I am staying in Newport for a month to heal as I live too far away so I am going to rent a chair for sure thanks:) how were you moving around at the month mark? I'm sorry if this is too many questions I'm just so excited/nervous but thank you for taking time:)

Never chaimany questions, super glad to answer and help! Just fyi, it's the the hospital bed, not chair, that I rented and strongly recommend, you'll be sooo glad you did :) my scars have not yet faded in color, but I was really only diligent with them the first year or so...after that, I let the sun hit em as I have been vacationing a lot...but no, the thighs and butt ones aren't any thicker, they're actually thinner than the tummy one. At the one month mark I was definitely mobile and more independent, but still in recovery mode and you get sooo tired so quickly and easily, so I just took it slow each day. Ask away! :)

How much was it to rent? Did you have the nurse help you at all? I've also read about thigh scars migrating down and labial looking stretched and deformed, any issues with that? So what color are your scars if you don't mind me asking? Are they easy to hide in bathing suit? Appreciate this so much:)

Was super inexpensive, like $85 for 4 weeks, from a medical supply store, they deliver and pick up! Yesss, the thigh scars did and do migrate, and the doctor explained to me it was in good part due to stretching...I work out a lot and stretch, and the skin stretched along with me. It's not crazy dramatic, but I noticed it too. With the right doctor who pays such close attention to detail, there shouldn't be too many labial issues. Let's say it will always look better aesthetically than it did before the surgery ;), it does get pulled up with the tummy tuck, but you already had that, so the thigh lift affecting it shouldn't be super crazy. My scars are a light purple/red...some areas you can't even see the scars, and omg, soooo easy to hide in a bathing suit, with the exception of the ones under your tush. Aw, all my pleasure :)

Oh and after my 4 nights at the recovery center, the only nurse I had at home was my mama ❤
April 1, 2015
I am not aware of recovery center? I will be in hotel day of with a nurse that works there, I'm hoping to hire her for a few days if not too expensive. I'm for sure looking into the bed if the hotel will allow it. How far down did the scars migrate? And how long are the ones under tush?
April 1, 2015
Hmmmm they should discuss that with you and it is in the packet of information they give you for post op care. I went to prive, quite pricey, but extremely worth it. They migrated maybe an inch, an inch and a half most...the ones under the tush are long, the length of each check almost...
