Dr. West performed my breast reconstruction following my bilateral mastectomy due to breast cancer. I am thrilled with the outcome! I had skin and nipple conserving surgery. He placed expanders and I had them for 4 months. Then he removed the expanders and inserted silicone breast implants. We were a little nervous about this procedure as I had had breast radiation 7 years earlier--but all went well with no issues at all. My new breasts look and feel great! Dr. West is an extremely talented surgeon and he has a warm and gentle bedside manner. His office staff are kind and immediately responsive to everything I've ever needed. I highly recommend Finesse Plastic Surgery and Dr. Justin West!
