I had a consult with Dr. Reichner and Jennifer 9/28 for my first breast augmentation, and I feel totally certain that Dr. Reichner is going to give me a wonderful pair of girls!

Jennifer talked me through my options in size and placement, and explained the whole procedure before I saw Dr. Reichner. He was very professional and helpful. I understand that he now uses the Keller funnel to minimize contact with the implant during the procedure (and he risk of capsular contracture), which I was so glad to hear! He seems to consistently attend seminars to make sure he's on top of new information in the plastic surgery world.

Jennifer helped me try on some sizers, I initially settled on 650cc on the right, 700cc on the left. I'm 5'9", a muscular 155, with a BWD of 15/15.5. A few days later I called Jennifer to let her know i wanted to try for 800cc/750cc if possible, since that matches my BWD better.

My procedure is scheduled for tomorrow and I'm absolutely elated. I can't wait! T-minus 17 hours!

Yesterday Dr. Reichner used 800cc high profile under the muscle implants. I was concerned that he wouldn't be able to make them fit, but with a BWD of 15/15.5 i guess it wasn't a problem.

I'm quite sore today but that's to be expected with all the stretching my pecs are experiencing.

Went for my post-op to remove my incision tape, the scar is hardly visible and I'm so pleased with my progress. My breasts are still swollen at the top, but I'm loving the look more each day.
