I want to obtain at least a big C, small D. I went in for my consult already and loved 375CC's, but not sure if I should just go with 400CC's, since they will be a bit smaller once they are in. I am currently a deflated 34A. I was advised to just go with 400 since they will look like the 375 once the are placed under the breast tissue. Any input is greatly appreciated!

How exciting for you! Will you have any help with your children the first few days post op? Feel free to be the first to comment on the October 2016 breast augmentation surgery forum. It's quiet now but there will be hundreds of helpful comments as we get closer to October!

Hi! Sizing is a weird thing. I've got 360cc round silicone under the muscle and I'm a 34DD. Never wanted to be that big!! Also, my implants are almost 20 years old and I'm looking at replacing as I'm worried they may rupture. 3 Doctors have said I can't go smaller because the existing pocket needs to be filled with current size or larger. So I guess I would say make sure you want to be a large D as going smaller may not be possible. Good luck!!

You could go smaller but would need a lift as well.

I am thinking big C, small D. Although the long run thought does make sense. May I ask what size you were prior? I can see that I am a little smaller than you. So breast size before would give me a good idea.
