18 days post op

WORTH IT$8,900
I went back to the gym at 13 days post op and trained legs 4x this week, being careful not to elevate my heart rate. The first few days were super awkward and challenging but by the end of the week I had an awesome leg workout. I did attempt 1 exercise each for triceps and biceps, using cables and isolating the muscles (didn't activate my chest muscles at all). Overall I am still feeling awesome with minor discomfort in my right breast (the one that has been lagging-taking longer to drop and remaining a bit odd shaped compared to my left breast).

Today is 18 days post op and both breasts are starting to soften and jiggle. They don't don't feel foreign or heavy anymore and they look pretty real :)

You have healed nicely, your breasts look great and very proportional. Ilthank you for sharing you progress. Really awesome to see the process and the progress.
You stated that you had a breast reduction about 8 years prior, I am curious how close is the increased size to your original?
You look awesome! Glad you got do some workout! It is all I am dreaming about :)

1 week post op

Today marks exactly 7 days post op and I can see remarkable positive changes in my breasts. I'm so happy that I decided to go through with the surgery. I noticed a significant improvement in squishiness and my left breast looks awesome (right is the lagging one and is still an odd shape and dropping just a tiny bit slower). I can't wait to see the changes in week 2!

day 5 post op

Not a whole lot to report today other than I feel less chest heaviness and tightness and my upper pole area is softening nicely. Each day that passes my boobs are feeling more like a part of me. My incisions are a bit itchy but not painful and no abnormal swelling/heat is apparent.

My weight has dropped below my pre surgery weight which I expected to happen eventually because I'm not lifting (not a goal to lose).

Overall things are going well :)

Yeah, I'm down 6lbs from pre surgery. I'm sure that's from loss of muscle. Now it's time to rebuild but feeling a bit better everyday.. I'll be 7wks post on Wed. Wow, the time after goes much quicker than the waiting game..lol I'm so glad you're doing well!
That was one of my fears-loss of muscle (we're too funny). But now we're both post op and can focus on our goals again. With nice boobies! :)
Hey Lori,, glad you're doing well.
Have a wonderful Memorial weekend!!
