I had gone from a B to DD while nursing and after losing 30lbs I had deflated sad boobs, I went for a BA with no lift so far so good. I'm 4'11 109lbs, came out of anesthesia well, pain was minimal no nausea so far so good. Visit for consult went a little quicker then I'd like but that could be my fault since I was nervous and could not get all my questions out but we were already on the same page with what I thought my treatment should be so that may have made the appt faster.

I wanted to say I'm sorry for my other comments that sounded like I was being rude and judgemental . I'm new to the idea of getting implants and I am only now realizing there is more to learn then just what I think I know. I think you look amazing , and I hope and wish you nothing but the best . Thank you, I looked at Breast augs for over 6yrs and lost 30lbs naturally before I finally decided what to do and after having nursing breasts, I was thrilled with the idea of just having them filled in I'm not 18 and I'm totally ok with not having my nipples super high the implants are slowly putting them in a better position then before and that's enough improvement for me the lift scar is just more then I was willing to look at and I can do it later if I change my mind and put my breasts through less stress and get back to the gym sooner I liked the idea of letting them settle before I decide to do anything else. I already have to wear my c-section scars so I figured that was enough for now

I'm so glad I found you on here! I'm 26 and 4'11 and I'm also getting a BA! I had my consultation appointment with Dr Andreason already and he recommends me get silicone implants above the muscle

Hi ☺ I am happy to hear that your friend had great results. I'm still going back and forth weather I'm comfortable going above the muscle! I've had one other consultation and that PS says I should go under the muscle! This decision is getting sort of stressful because in the end I don't want to make the wrong choice and regret anything.

By the way your new boobies look great! I don't want to get a lift but after breastfeeding my daughter my boobs lost their fullness and now look sort of droopy and sad! My biggest fear is that after getting my surgery months later my breast are going to sag even more and look like "snoopy nose" .

5 hours after procedure
2nd day post op pain is still very tolerable with meds, girls are high and tight, can't wait to see how they look when they drop! I have small amounts of residual air on the top area of implants which feels similar to stomach growling. I Have to say this is easier then my 3 day labor with my last son, I was afraid of having muscle pain since I lift weights 5-6days a week but it's not nearly as bad as I was preparing myself for.

I probably did too much today but i get stir crazy, I ran errands with the hubby from 11 to 5 but I felt Ok and he helped me in and out of the car, I've taken a few naps but haven't had the urge to sleep all day like most of my friends when they had their BA
