29YO mama of 2. long story kinda short: it was finally time to get my body back. this was a well thought out plan of over 15 years. i enjoyed my boobs pre-pregnancy when i FINALLY got them around age 15 or so. but then they stopped growing, so i was stuck at a small 32c (didn't quite fill it all the way out, but spilled out of 32b) ffwd to now. i'm done having kids & saved my coins. breastfeeding left me deflated & with way less volume than before so i was more sure than ever that i wanted this done. because i knew i needed a lift, i had to be way more critical of who touched me. i had to make sure that i liked the dr's augs, but also loved their lifts. i have always had a few drs in mind, but as soon as i was referred to dr troy andreasen... i knew he would be the one to do my surgery. i fell in love w/ his work & the way he seems to teach as he works made it super easy to trust him immediately. i watched his instagram stories religiously & got very comfortable w/ how he does surgery so i had a great understanding of the procedure he was going to do on me months before it was my turn. he & his team definitely delivered. the andreasen experience was nothing short of amazing. very seamless from start to finish! i could definitely elaborate, but it would take me ages. if anyone has any specific questions, i would be honored to answer. i'm just another satisfied patient of his & i need everyone to know that lol. Updated on 31 Jan 2022: last photo is exactly 2wks po after i was instructed by my surgeon to remove steri-strips in the shower. i post this to show the many differences that pregnancy & breastfeeding can put our breasts through & why some women choose/advise to wait until after kids. i was left with very different boobs each & every time & i never got my originals back ???? but this is just my case! thought i’d share. had i gotten a BA in 2016 or before, who knows what i would have ended up with after not only one pregnancy & breastfeeding (5 months), but also waiting 3 years(with god knows what shape of boob) to get pregnant again & then breastfeeding that child for a little over a month. in any event, i am so glad that it’s all behind me & that i have a pretty awesome set that i’m tending to now!
I decided to get a breast lift and silicon implants because I lost a large amount of weight and my breasts sagged due to it. I am 27 years old, weigh 125 pounds, and stand 5'4 feet tall. I just had my surgery yesterday and am LOVING THE RESULTS. I wish I would've done it a lot sooner lol right breast was bigger than the left so I got different sized implants. Right now feels like soreness and tightness in my chest, but it's not bad and definitely bearable. Excited for the post-op next week! Updated on 12 Dec 2020: I forgot to attach the photos to the previous post. Had a breast lift and silicone implants yesterday. Different sizes because one breast was larger than the other. Happy to answer any questions you ladies may have! Updated on 22 Dec 2020: It’s been two weeks and I’m loving the results! I’ll be honest, the recovery pain the next days/week that followed was more than I thought/anticipated. But this week I’m feeling great! I would advise anyone getting surgery to make sure they have someone to help with everything for at least 5-7 days after surgery. Shower, brushing hair, changing, cooking, etc. Luckily, I had so much help and am recovering great
This entire journey and experience (The Andreasen Experience) has been nothing short of amazing! I wanted to wait until I was completely healed to leave a review. I am now two months post-op and have been cleared to resume any, and all activities. I first had a virtual consult with Dr. Troy where he made me feel relaxed and confident with the expectations and options available for me very quickly. I scheduled my pre-op the following day which was about 2 months out due to his very busy schedule. I began following his IG account where he films his procedures and explains many FAQs, so I became very well versed in the procedure I was getting quickly. He is also very funny, witty, and hip! Lol. The surgery was quick- 21 minutes exactly! The recovery was what was to be expected, but no pain or bruising whatsoever! Any small concerns I had, I emailed or DMd him, and guys, he responds quickly!! Even when he was out of town or on a vacation. Dr. Troy really knows his niche and remains consistent in his work. Even though his one on one time may be short in consults and whatnot (I mean, he IS the most popular breast surgeon in the IE and has performed more than most of the top surgeons out there) —he will respond to any message or inquiry from his patients. I am incredibly happy with not only my results but the entire process I experienced and the people I met along the way. I would recommend Dr. Troy to ANYbody looking to get their breasts enhanced. Hands down. I can't wait to do it again!
I've known I wanted a breast aug since I was 13 and my breasts never grew. I'm 22 years old. I've been saving up for a while and it's finally time! I'm currently a 32aa (if that). I'd say i have nipples not boobs lol. I had a couple of consults prior to choosing a dr. I decided to go with Troy Andreasen bc someone i know recently went to him and she has great results. I had a virtual consultation back in July and my pre-op was 2 weeks ago. After going back and forth with 385 and 415cc, I decided 415 was much more fitting on my body. I'm going under the muscle with the inframammary crease incision, Sientra opus with a 20 year warranty!! I'm not sure what profile, hopefully high but i forgot to even ask so I'll update on that after surgery. Surgery is tomorrow (he made a Saturday surgery day bc of how busy he is) and I couldn't be more excited!! I'm mostly posting this for myself to look back on, but this app has been super helpful to me so hopefully I can be helpful to someone else! Updated on 22 Aug 2020: Just got home from surgery! I’m feeling really good. No nausea at all, even went to Starbucks after surgery and got some coffee! I have some tightness but nothing too bad. About to take a nap and see how I’m feeling afterwards. Pretty happy with the size from what I can see so far. Updated on 25 Aug 2020: Still feeling pretty good. I stopped taking my pain meds yesterday and only taking Tylenol and the muscle relaxer today. My chest still feels very tight and hard of course. I get a burning sensation close to my armpit when I move my right arm (probably from the muscle stretching?) I’m very happy with the results so far. I was originally worried my dr wouldn’t be able to use the 415cc implants I wanted (he had originally said 385 was the biggest I could go) I’ll update again once anything changes! :)
My first implants were done in Dec of 2003 by Dr Andreasen. I got 270cc saline filled to 300cc under the muscle. He overfilled them to avoid rippling. I LOVED them, especially compared to my natural undeveloped breasts. Not just UNDER-developed but UN-developed. I have done a lot of research to get an idea of what I wanted from where I was coming from and I have not come across anyone with smaller breast than my natural ones. It's sort of sad :( but there are worse things in life :) For the past few years or so I've been wanting to change them out for silicone and/or something smaller. They felt hard and I had some rippling when I bent over. I also felt they were too heavy and I wasn't liking how they sat without a bra. I ended up covering them up more and more throughout the years. I have a wide sternum, so the width of them never really bothered me. I don't believe I could have fixed that unless I went over the muscle but I wanted to keep the same pocket. It was mostly the weight and hardness that was bothersome. I wanted to be smaller to compliment my smaller frame and have a more natural feel. I ended up exchanging my overfilled 270cc saline with 195cc silicone (Natrelle implants). I was going back and forth from 175cc to 195cc. My Dr recommended 195cc, which I ended up going with. I had my surgery yesterday and so far so good! He made my pockets smaller to fit my new implants and used the same incision. I took one extra strength Tylenol the next day in case they started hurting but I haven't felt any pain :) There is swelling, so they look very close to my old ones at the moment, but I know that will subside. Sorry for all the photos! I wanted to show what my original size looked like in case anyone was looking at 270cc-300cc :) Updated on 24 Jan 2020: It's amazing the difference the second time around! I was awake and alert on the way home this time. I was even able to walk around, eat, and play video games :) They feel a lot lighter as well. The day after surgery I was a little tender and my bra was uncomfortable. There is swelling and it seems it got a little worse on day 3. I see some red around my areola (possibly bruising) that I'll keep an eye on. I'm taking antibiotics that will most likely take care of all that. I feel that I'm able to move around and do a lot of things but I'm trying to take it easy. I took hydrocodone last night thinking it would help me sleep but I don't think it did. Sleeping on your back at an angle isn't easy! I'm usually a stomach and side sleeper. I hope the implants don't move much after they are fully healed. I went smaller, so I didn't have to wait until they "dropped" and I didn't get a lift. I just hope they don't drop anymore. The pockets were closed off a bit on the sides to accommodate my smaller implants but not on the bottom. The sides are the most tender and that's where I feel most of the swelling. This is the max size I want to be, so I think they'll be perfect after the swelling goes down. So far I'm loving the implants! The silicone is waaay better than the saline implants I had. They are feeling very natural :)
Recently received a custom Mommy Makeover procedure done by Mr. Troy Andraeson- January 2020. My experience, pre/post op went BEYOND my expectations. Wonderful staff, Excellent team at Surgery center- and I couldn't be more satisfied with my results. Bariatric weightloss paitent and mother of 2. Early 30s. Suffered Asymmetrical breast, one being excessively larger then the other. Wanted a lift and reduction for symmetry. Extended tummy tuck to remove excessive skin/fat. Fairly simple person, opted to go all natural, and opt-out for implants. I am a week post op, and absolutely LOVE my result this far. Pain was manageable the first 3 days, and minimal thereafter. Was able to stop taking pain medication by day 4. I was referred to his practice by 2 different patients with nothing but positive feedback. Spent a few months researching, before and after photos, and watching his social media sites. He was the first consultation I had about my desired procedure- out of 3...and I just knew he was the one the moment I met him. Great bedside manner. I did not feel pressured into any unnecessary upselling. He listened and delivered EXACTLY what I envisioned. Definitely recommend him & the team at Inland Breast and Body. By far the best plastic surgeon! I cant wait to see the final outcome after swelling subsides. Thank you again Troy Andraeson! Ive finally been able to get my confidence back and feel beautiful and my young age.
I went to Dr. Andreason about a year ago to get a consultation and he suggested the full mommy makeover. Tummy tuck, 360 lipo, and a lift. He was not pushy and simply told me I do not need implants that a lift would be perfect! So we scheduled my surgery for December, things didn't work or so I had to postpone it a year. The date finally arrived and I am 3 weeks post mommy makeover and I'm feeling good about my results so far. Updated on 19 Dec 2019: Here are some pictures from the day of surgery! Updated on 19 Dec 2019: Here is a picture of two weeks post surgery. Things are finally getting better and I can move around a little more on my own. I feel like once you make it past the two week marker things start to get easier!
Hello All! I am currently 2.5 weeks out from my sub glandular Mentor high profile xtra and I am so very happy w/ my results. My story is pretty straightforward. I was at one point over 200lbs and had just huge boobs. Decided to get healthy and lost 55 lbs in 3 yrs. The last little push to get to goal took away from my boobs, so I went from a Full 36DD to a 36B on good days. No kids and at 37 my boobs had a good shape but not the volume or fullness I once had. A couple of my friends went to Dr A a few years back and was highly recommended plus their boobs look awesome. So after a year of saving I interviewed Dr A and a couple of surgeons in Newport Beach. He listened to what I wanted and gave me his professional suggestions based on MY wants and needs. I didn’t want a lift ( I was on the cusp) I wanted DDs and I couldn’t take to much time off of work. I went w/ Dr A for 2 reasons 1) his surgery center was close to my home 2) His social media presence. I got to see him work w/ all types of people. His results were amazing. He was well priced in my opinion, right in the middle of the other two quotes I got.
One day post op and I was cleared to shower. So far everything is going good and recovery is easier than I thought it’d be. No nausea and have been eating more food than I usually do, I guess surgery is exhausting. Still swollen but no bruising so far, excited for the end result. I’m also moving in about a week so I have to come for one more appointment before I move out of state. Updated on 14 Jul 2018: Updated on 16 Jul 2018: No pain pills or muscle relaxers since post op day 3 Updated on 17 Jul 2018: First time I’ve seen any bruising but still minimal
Gravity sure isn't forgiving on a woman's body...specially after kids, weight gain, and weight loss. After years of the weight loss rollercoaster...I decided to begin a regimen that would become a lifestyle change for me...I am an apple shape body...so hard when I gain weight. It took me 2 years doing it the right way that I lost 30lbs but gained muscle. The drawback was my breast were deflated even more so now...and I had stubborn fat pockets on my flanks and tummy. So this was my motivation for researching surgery. I went to a few consultations and they felt more like job interviews because I was very nervous...its a huge event in someone's life to chose PS. I was frustrated as well with so many choices and you can't always believe the before and after pictures.
