How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

3 days post op
At 3 days I am allowed to shower and do a dressing change, yay!!! This is my first look! I am blown away that this is my body. I am most surprised by my boobs, I can't believe how great they look! I have some serious swelling in my thighs and back but overall, my stomach is completely flat!!!! Wow. My hubby is amazed and already trying to play with my boobs (eye roll!) I can't wait to see how everything settles as time goes on.

Wow, thanks for the kind words. Correcting previous "botched" procedures can be tricky.
I can't believe I am writing this but reading...
I can't believe I am writing this but reading reviews from others has really helped me, so I thought I'd share. I made a poor decision in my 20's to have lipo done on my stomach instead of working hard to lose weight. Then maybe 6 years later I had it done again and that time it left me with lumps and craters and huge insecurities about my stomach. Then 2 kids later and now it's time to see if we can fix it! I am 2 days post op right now. We did an extended tummy tuck during which he repaired a 3" separation in my abdominal muscles and removed 3lbs of skin. Then he got 600cc's of fat out of each flank via lipo. And we did a breast lift without implants.
Now onto the pain. It was more than I expected. I thought having 2 previous c-sections would somewhat prepare me, wrong. He did use Exparel in my tummy and breasts (I don't know how people do this without it!) It's the muscle tightening and the lipo on my back thats causing me the most pain. I'm trying to stay slightly ahead of taking my 2 hydrocodone 4 hrs. Last night was the worst so far, but then I went #2 and felt a ton better. Prunes ladies, prunes are the best!!!! I feel zero pain in my breasts, which is so crazy! I was pulling up my comforter and accidentally hit one and only then did I remember I even had anything done to them! I haven't taken my binder off to peek yet. From past experience I know that when I do this I will come close to passing out (the blood rushes to that area resulting in lightheadedness and nausea.) So I plan on doing that tomorrow when I am allowed to shower. Super weird that my body is completely different under there and I haven't seen it yet!
