I lived with gynecomastia for almost 4 years. At first I didn't think it was a big deal, but as time went on I began to grow more unhappy with my condition. No matter how much I worked out it did not help. Finally I got to the point where I wanted to look into surgery but was wary of the cost. At the Surgical Images facility I was able to finance my surgery which was completely stress free. I am ABSOLUTELY satisfied and glad I did it and at this facility with Dr. Bruneteau.. I would call him an expert. I was skeptical while looking at other peoples before and after shots from different surgical facilities, but after my surgery I was in awe at how good my chest looked! Its hard to believe how well it looks even now. the only down side is the recovery phase which is about a month (truthfully my surgery didn't even hurt and they removed almost a pound of tissue!), but if you really want to change the way you look and feel its well worth it. My confidence is at 100%!! I thank Dr. Bruneteau and all the staff at surgical images for a stress free surgery from start to finish! If your like me and are tired of living with gyno then don't hesitate get it done and get on with your life.

Congrats on making a life changing decision - the money you spent is nothing compared to the emotional turmoil this sort of thing can have. I lived with gyno for nearly 16 years and it ruined my teenage years (I was better during my college years when I began to be more realistic in how others viewed me). I am almost 2 weeks post op and the few times i've seen my chest it is kind of hard to believe (I am keeping all my compression garments on pretty much 24/7 so I don't look at it much yet). It's like an anchor has been removed from around my shoulders. It'll only look better in time (swelling/tissue redrape). Hope you had a great christmas, and thanks for sharing.
