I'm a woman, 56, and I had gained and lost weight, and had a lot of fat on my neck, which jiggled and was beginning to wrinkle--it aged me, I hated it, and it ruined my looks. Dr. Bruneteau did such a great job, I look pretty again, and feel and look younger and lighter--getting rid if that fat also stopped the downward drag of the corners of my mouth. Dr. Bruneteau and his nurses were supportive through the entire healing process, I could call anytime, I feel so much happier, and when I have other procedures in the future, I will go back him. He has a first rate education, he's got 25+ years of experience, and he's one if the nicest doctors I've ever had. I highly recommend him.

I had the lipo on my neck and under my jawline on September 14th, 2015. Aesthetic Surgical Images looks like a house from the street, and while you're waiting in a cushy leather chair in one of the three waiting rooms, it still has that homey feeling. The first time I went, I met with Dr. Bruneteau, and he told me about his education and experience. He's got an impressive education and has been practicing for over 25 years. He was also asking me questions about where I was from, getting acquainted, and I felt that he was very genuine, and trustworthy. I asked him how the liposuction was done, and he described the procedure, we discussed the healing process. The price was right too.

Then Lindsay, Dr. Bruneteau's nurse, took me on a tour of the place. Behind the walls of this homelike place was a full clinic, and a hospital.

I had seen another doctor elsewhere earlier that day, and he was a cosmetic surgeon, not a board-certified plastic surgeon, which is really what you want if you're having serious surgery on your face or body. I had a much better feeling about ASI, and everything about the doctors, the nurses, and the rest of the staff. Everyone who worked there was well-informed and able to help me if I called with questions, concerns, or fears. I decided right then to make an appointment and have the lipo done the following week. They took my "before" photo, and we're able to show me.with the computer what the results would look like, and I can't remember exactly how much the down payment was, but they said they keep the price low because they have their own hospital. An anesthesiologist comes in for the surgery.

Everyone was so kind and thoughtful before and after the surgery and during, I assume). The doctor came to greet me, and the anesthesiologist, and the nurses are just so attentive and nice and reassuring, because of course I was nervous. I woke up and had no pain, but rested in a recovery room, and was then moved to the most overstuffed leather recliner I've ever had the pleasure to sit in. I felt very spoiled, which was just what I needed then--My daughter came to pick me up and we sat for a little while longer; they asked that she stay with me for the day and night, which was also very nice. I don't remember, but I believe I was given a prescription for Vicodin, and was wearing a neck compression thing that attaches with Velcro. Again I don't remember exactly, but I think I wore it 24/7 (except for showers) for a week. After that. I wore it to bed and during the day when I was home. There was fairly extensive bruising, and my neck felt hard and lumpy, but I could see even with the swelling that there was a huge improvement in the contours of my neck and jawline. At some point, the told me to start massaging it, especially any lumps. As it healed, the bruises went away and the neck skin softened up and felt normal. The last time I was in, three weeks ago, the director injected a lumpy spot that was concerning me with a steroid, and the lump disappeared.in two days with massage. It's been two months, and it is not completely healed, but no one would know that, as the area that is still tight is under my jawline, the bruising is gone, and by Christmas it should be entirely soft and healed. The fat us gone forever and I have my nice defines jawline back.

I am ecstatic with the results. I feel like I got my looks back. I feel ten years younger looking, I look slimmer, and again, a side benefit was that the downturned corners of my mouth are back to normal after having the weight of the double chin removed.

I am considering a tummy tuck in another year or two, and since they offer financing, it's a real probability that I will have it done because no matter how much I diet and exercise, I've still got this belly fat, which used to just make me look pregnant. But now sags and jiggles, and I really want it gone. I trust Dr. Bruneteau's capable hands to do a safe and excellent job on any procedure; he's an excellent plastic surgeon.

I should have before and after pics in a few weeks. I'm more than happy to share them here.

Good luck with your FL. I'm sure Dr. BRuneteau will do a beautiful job. It's the healing process that you have to get through, but it will be so worth it!
