I understand exactly what you mean. I'm 10 years older than you and when the great assignments come around at work, you want to be considered "up-and-coming" not "late career". I'm still about 2 years out and doing my homework now. It would be great if you can post your before / after pics, and your journey here. Also, do you have any idea why your skin is aging quickly; genetics, sun, smoking? Just curious.

A month to go! I agree that looks make a difference. I'm 45 and am looking into upper bleph now. I'm probably the type that's going to do little bits here and there, but we'll see. What questions do you have? We do have an Ask a Doctor feature you might want to try.

I know that feeling- 41 and just had face and neck done. I am two weeks post op and while it was rough going there for a bit- completely worth it. Best of luck to you- let us know how it all goes.
