I had a revision done yesterday. I had 325ccHp silicone under muscle through armpit. I had terrible muscle deformity and boob fell off of implant. My doctor decided to use 590UHP silicone sub-glandular this time and incision under boob. They look so much better! I can't wait to see final results 4-6 months from

Thank you! And no this time was so much better pain wise than the first! I also forgot to mention this was all done under local anesthesia, so I was awake and I remember the whole thing and walked out perfectly fine and never went back to sleep that day. Also the only pain I have (this is day 3) is bruising by my incisions! I hated the feeling of having them under the muscle, the first time. This feels so much better.

They fit your body and look huge on you, when I had 590 ultra high profile implants mine looked like B cups.

I need a revision too. Also sub muscular to sub glandular like yours. Was it a complicated surgery? What does UHP stand for? I imagine HP is high profile, but not sure. Any words of caution for those undergoing a similar revision?

It was not complicated at all. It was all local anthesia. Uhp stands for "ultra high profile". I feel so much being subhlandular. I had terrible muscle deformity and Now I feel so free from that! I dont have any words of caution, everythijg has worked out so well this time. The only trouble I've had is finding good bras to wear. I should have spent more time before, finding comfortable ones, that are tight enough to support. But it's hard to know what size your are going to be. So far the bras I've gotten are either 34dd or "medium".

Day 3, feeling great!

The only pain I have is bruising by my incisions. But I was able to walk the dog today, clean the house, and all normal activities. I feel so much better this time around. And I think it's bc I went above the muscle this time. My right boob is already feeling more squishy. Also forgot to mention surgery was done under local anesthesia, I totally recommend! Recovery is much faster!
