I am a mother of 3 and breast fed each child! My before size was 34b. I chose saline implants because I wanted a small incision and the doctor did not know what size would fit. With saline he could fill to a large size that looked good. I wanted big boobs but didn't want to have a lot of top boob! Luckily my breast feeding boobs expanded large enough to fill to 650cc!! I love the end result!! They are large but don't look grossly huge! I love the shape already and its only been 2 weeks. My incision is nearly invisible!! Which I am happy about! My recovery went very well, I was back to work day 5 post op! Surgery was on a Thursday and I was back to work on Tuesday. I do not regret this process or my choice to do 650cc saline!!! LOVE THEM!!

I was looking at your pictures and thought I was looking at my own body. Im going for my first consultation next week and im getting as much info about a BA as I can and ran across your post. I also live in the same area so I wanted to see the work of a locL doctor. My husband suggested I get 650s and was unsure of the look but after looking at your pictures im excited to see what 650s look like on myself. You look amazing and I appreciate you sharing your photos. Beautiful!!!

I am updating my profile. I am a little over 18 month post op!! I love how my 650cc saline implants have settled!! They look natural and they are squishy just how I imagined!!!
It does take time for the implants to settle, however the end result is worth the money and time!!!
Good luck to any new candidates for implants!!!

They look great. Did you go over or under the muscle?

I went under the muscle...I wanted my end result to look as natural as possible!

Hi! Yes I noticed changes for about a year and a half. The implants finally settled at about 18 months! Now, 3 and a half years later, they look and feel great! Natural sag yet still perky!! Do you like your 650s still?
August 27, 2018
yeah i feel like i settles very fast. even straight out of surgery didn’t look too bad. I love them! i couldn’t be more happy. I haven’t met one person with 650cc who has regretted it.
