My surgery will be with Dr. Finkle in Omaha, NE on 2/6/15. It feels like forever away! I opted for silicon mentor memory gel with 500 cc on the left & 450 cc on the right to fix some asymmetry.
Current stats: 34 YO, 2 kids, 5'7, 130 lbs, 34a
Implant choice: Mentor Memory Gel, smooth, moderate profile, under the muscle, bilateral incision, 450 cc left & 500 cc right
High hopes: boobs will appear more symmetrical, fabulous cleavage, quick healing, boobs drop quickly
Worst fears: Uni-boob, boobs that don't drop, [RS bleep]-eyed nipples, going too big

Good luck! I too have about the same stats as you. My surgery is with Dr. Edney on February 19th. Had my consult a little over a week ago. I'm going between 500-600 HP mentor silicone. His recommendation for height and what I want a full D. Ahhhh.. So I'm thinking inbetween at 550. I am terrified of going too big though. :-) I'm going to follow your journey since we have similar stats:-) good luck to you!!
