Things are healing nicely and my tummy tuck wound is almost closed. My breasts have also started to round out and thankfully are not flat in the front anymore.
I went to the Dr today and he confirmed I will need to have a scar revision in the future.

It has been 10 weeks since my mommy makeover and I continue to move through my recovery process. I have lost a total of 40 pounds since my surgery. I have posted current photos of my progress. I still have swelling in my torso and wounds are healing slowly but surely.
My TT wound looks gross but is actually healing quickly and the wound is closing up. The debridement process was not fun but I am thankful it is over. It appears I may have to have a scar revision in the future for my TT but will need to wait 6-12 months after it is fully healed and swelling is gone to make the final determination.
My breasts are most fully healed. I have had some issues with stitches popping out and creating "split" in the skin. Several stitches have come to the surface and needed to be clipped and I have pulled several out myself too.
Dr Bruneteau has been wonderful walking me through this process along with office staff. I have been visiting the office twice a week for six weeks so we have seen a lot of each other. My breast look and feel fabulous and I am extremely happy with them!!! Overall I am happy with my TT results but need to continue to work through the healing process.

Wow good luck to you!! It looks like you have been through a long journey. I had my tummy tuck one week ago and It hasn't been easy at all. The mornings are the worst and sleeping dear lord I can't sleep. Any recommendations for me?

The first two weeks were the absolute worst!!! I slept in a recliner for the first 4-6 weeks which helped and I took all of my pain medication and had to ask for a refill due to stitching splitting and wound debridement. Try to get up and move around I know it hurts but will get easier. I also eat a lot of protein and take zinc and vitamin c which is supposed to help with healing. Good luck and hang in there!!!!

You are so right mild depression is exactly what I'm feeling. Everyday I feel a little bit better but my sides, lower and upper back hurt so much. I have a cough now so that makes it more painful.. But, im hanging in there. I choose not to tell anyone about my procedures only my husband and one friend is aware. So maybe that's y I feel like I have no support but it was my decision I didn't want any negativity around me. How are your wounds healing now?

My breast T incisions are almost fully healed now and my TT incision has fully granulated new skin which means it is closing up. Hopefully will be 100 percent in next 3-4 weeks.
I did not tell anyone about my procedure either just my hubs, mom and best friend. Like you, I did not want everyone to know and give me unwanted opinions and negativity. I became a bit of a hermit but also figured out I needed to weed a few people out of the herd lol.

Lol-
Well you seem like a strong woman! I'm glad your TT wound is doing so much better. Thumps up to you:)
How long did your tummy drain for? We removed my drains on day 7 because it was under 30cc for 2 consecutive days.. But on day 9 I started draining again and it's so heavy every few hours.. I'm hoping it's only gonna last a few more days..

One of my drains was removed at 10 days and the other at 14. I still have drainage but it is very slight and I think it might be due to the wound. I found the more active I was the more I drained.... My dr told me it was not unusual after drains were removed to have some fluid buildup that went away within a few days so hopefully that is your situation.

After my last appt it looks like the debridement process is done and now it's just time to heal. Overall Dr B says the wounds look good and I have granulated tissue which is good. Hopefully the wounds will be fully closed up soon.

I have lost a total of 40lbs since the surgery. I think the main reason is I have been eating better. I will post full body photos soon
