Rib Graft with Revision Rhinoplasty - Oklahoma City, OK

Almost total blockage on right side of nose and partial blockage on left. I had rhinoplasty surgery 30 years ago for a broken nose. Purpose of Tx was to breath normally and fix structural flaws in my nose design caused (and/or not fixed) by previous surgery.

I put off my revision rhinoplasty with rib graft for 2 years because I wasn't sure about the rib graft. Ultimately, after 2 years Dr. W convinced me that donor graft bone vs. my own is not as reliable and that the rib graft isn't nearly as bad as it sounds.

Having undergone the surgery I can emphatically state that the rib graft wasn't too bad. There was minor discomfort for the first 2-3 weeks which gradually decreased over 6 weeks total. My nasal air flow is 10,000% improved and my nose looks great.
