I Finally Have the Nose I Was Meant to Have! Oklahoma City, OK

I'm feeling great and extremely happy with my results. Dr. Wayne said my tip would probably refine a little more but overall my nose looks how it's going to long term. I am beyond happy that I had the surgery. Sometimes I still forget what my profile looks like and feel self conscious, then I remember it's fixed and I don't have to feel that way. Over time I'm sure that will get better. I just felt that way for so long it will probably take time. I still look like myself only a better version and that's exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend Dr. Wayne and would do it again in a second.

Your nose looks perfect, I like your nose. I had Rhinoplasty 9 months and i am really frustrated with my nose because i being having issue with crusting inside my nose and dryness, my nose feels really tight and stiff all the time . did you have any issues with dryness and crusting? sorry i am just trying to find out if it is normal since i being told that after 3 month your should have any dryness or crusting.
Occasionally I have dryness and the crusting is minimal. For the most part it feels back to normal.
do you have crusting every day?.... do you still have discomfort inside your nose? sorry for my questions but just want to hear from other how are their experiences since I have this issue every single day and many surgeons in this website told me that is not normal.
No it's not every day. I just have normal nasal secretions. I don't have discomfort .anymore.

1 month post op and doing great.
I am a little over 1 month post op. I finally got my smile back around 2 weeks post. That was one of the most annoying aspects of healing! If I forced it, it felt like pins and needles in my upper lip. If I laugh really hard it's still sore, otherwise tenderness is going away. The swelling overall has gone down a lot. My turbinates are finally healing to where I can breathe better. My incision looks great. I am very happy with my result and can't believe the comparison to my old nose. I don't even remember looking like that until I see pictures.

I just had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty done by Dr. Wayne as well. You look so amazing! I'm also loving my results so far. I have major swelling between my eyes where he inserted the graft. I was wondering how long it took for you to notice the swelling in that area to go down?
