Almost 4 years out from surgery
2+ years post op update
Overall I am happy with my nose, I look much better than I did before. I have had some slight swelling and sagging around one eye and on my cheekbone still and have gone to an Oculoplastic surgeon for a consultation. She ordered a CT Face Scan which I will do in the next month or so. She is looking to rule out Silent Sinus Syndrome. She also told me to only sleep on my back as this can impact my face in terms of premature sagging or wrinkles and could be more pronounced on the side I favor sleeping on.

Dr. Ivan Wayne will be performing my surgery. I still have some details to work out in my pre-op appointment as it's been awhile since my initial consultation (over a year ago) but I am pretty confident in his skill level based on all the research I have done: 1 of 2 Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in Oklahoma, Was on the faculty for plastic surgery at OU, and has rave reviews on here from previous patients. Surgery is scheduled for May 25.
