Chest tightness slowly but surely going away!!
I woke up today and feel 100 times different than yesterday as far as tightness, it feels so much more relaxed! Still pressure but not as bad as yesterday. I’m 5 days post op and back at work today. Taking it very very easy though! My left boob is a little higher than the right boob. But I know time will fix that! Very very happy so far!

Pretty pain free, my biggest complaint is chest tightness but it’s getting better!

Wow! You look really great, very symmetric and even! Can't believe you didn't get a lift and you look this good! Congrats! Keep in mind your emotions are going to be all over the place for a while, but just hang in there. Give it a true 3 months. Trust me. The tightness goes away slowly but surely. Get some rest and don't overdo yourself, follow doc's orders and you'll be dropped & fluffed in no time! :)
thank you so much! I hate the tightness it’s my biggest complaint. I can’t wait for it to go away I think I can tell it is starting to go away very slowly and my boobs feel squishier! I am very very impressed with my doctor! thanks for the advice I needed to hear it right now. I have cabin fever and hate not being able to take care of my babies as my mom is watching them. my emotions are definitely crazy, I didn’t think that would even be an issue.
I love your result! If I was a bit younger I would have considered that size! You got a full but natural looking outcome. Congrats!
