Just a little over a week until my BA. I'm hoping my final result will be a full C cup small D cup. I've had my consult and am still on the fence about implant size and profile. I know for sure I will be getting Mentor silicone unders. My amazingly talented PS and I both liked the look of 350 cc HP on the Vectra. But I preferred the look of the 375 cc moderate plus sizers. I am nervous that the HP's won't fill my chest but I am also worried the moderate plus might be a bit wide if I go with 375 cc. I think my bwd was around 12.5.
I am going for another sizing the day before surgery with the Vectra imager.
I really hope I don't regret my size choice!!

Check out my pics. We are the same size (I think my bw was a little smaller -- I measure at a 28" chest) I got 350hp and am a 30F now but they are perfect, no too big. Love the projection of HP yet I still have side boob too. No worries -- either size would look great. Get 375 hp for your bw is my humble, unexpert opinion:)

Yours look great! Thanks for your opinion! It's great to hear other's experiences. I'm leaning towards 375cc. I'll see what my PS recommends for profile. He's done really great work and I trust his judgement!

I suggest going with 375 either hp or mod plus. The difference btw 350 and 375 will not be noticable at all but you'll be glad you picked bigger, trust me!!! I had 225 at first and then went to 350 and it's great now.

Well surgery is scheduled for tomorrow! So excited and nervous! Went back to see my PS today to be sure on size...which I still keep doubting myself on. My PS and I decided 375cc hp would be a good fit for my frame. I went to get a post-surgical bra after as my clinic doesn't supply them. Talking with the staff at the bra store she anticipated based on my frame after I'll be a 32E!! What?!? And E?!? Ummmm...I was hoping for a full C small D!! My PS said I'll be a 'true C' whatever that means! So now I'm terrified I'll be too big! But I really liked the look of the 375 cc sizers...so I guess we'll see!!!

How did the staff at the store calculate what size you will end up? I would love to calculate what size I will be!

She was just estimating. I'm a 32 band pre-op and then I told her I was getting 375cc HP's. She said she would probably put me in an E. I'm going to go back in the next couple days and see what size she thinks I am.

I'm getting 375cc HP in a week and a half, starting at 32A, I can't even imagine being an E cup, I would be pleasantly surprised to be a D.

I thought I was a 34A before but I was actually a 32A. I can't imagine that I'll actually be an E once they've dropped but the specialty stores always seem to put girls in big cup sizes. I think I'll be a full C small D. I would imagine you'll be a nice D :)

Where did you get a post surgical bra? My surgery date it April 29th

Get a Marena post surgical bra- especially if you have crease incisions, the band wide and below your stitches, seven hooks down the front. It's not cute, but it's SO much more comfortable that any sports bra. My PS went up two sizes in the band for comfort

Awesome thanks!! Did you get the bra in kelowna? I'm there on Friday for another consult and am hoping to finalize my size and get a post op bra while I'm there so I'm all set for the big day!!

I wore a lululemon tata tamer post surgery. Although I love the bra now 4 weeks later it wasn't the most comfortable post-op. I wish I would have had a surgical bra like Lucky173 describes. When you have your pre-op they'll give you a list of recommended surgical bras and the store to go get them at. I was really swollen for about two weeks and think I would have been more comfortable in a compression type bra. I also picked up a Wacol wired sports bra that I'm wearing now. The cups are a great shape that I hope will help the implants settle and shape. Is Dr. Valnicek your surgeon? Ask him (or whatever surgeon you have chosen) what the recommend for a surgical bra. They all seem to like something different. Good luck!!

Everything went great with my surgery! I was a couple hours delayed going in which didn't seem to tick by as slow as I thought it would. The staff were all amazing and so friendly!
My PS and I discussed size one last time before I went in and decided the 375cc HP's would suit my frame best. I have got much if a peek yet as my bra closes in the back and I haven't had it off yet.
My pain has been totally manageable with the Tramacet through the night and just Tylenol and Ibuprofen today.
I'll post after pics soon...
