4 weeks already!?!? I'm feeling really good. Pretty much have all my sensation back, my nipples are still quite sensitive. But not really bothering me at all. I'm still back and forth on whether I made the right size choice for me. So far they're looking pretty natural. Still a lot of upper poll fullness but slowly dropping and rounding out. There is nowhere to buy bras where I live except an expensive boutique. According to la senza online charts I'm a 32 D, which is the size I wanted to be so I'm not sure why I think I should have gone bigger!! For some reason I can't get the Victoria's Secret online size calculator to give me a size. I have found the sizing consistent between between the two stores before so I am assuming they still would be?
I'm a little hesitant to order any bras just yet as I feel like I still have a lot D&F to do. But I feel like my size shouldn't change too much? Just fullness? I'm so happy I finally decided to get BA after so so many years of dreaming about it!!

Not dropping?
So it's been 2.5 weeks and I feel like they haven't really dropped much at all in the last week. Maybe the progress is so subtle now that I'm not really noticing? I just feel like they're still so full on top and not filling out at the bottom at all. Maybe because I got high profiles? I don't know. I'm starting to wonder if I should have gone with mod plus. I'm also wondering if I should have gone a bit bigger? I'm so happy that I decided to go ahead with BA but I'm worried I may have gone with the wrong size or projection.

It takes a while for the D&F, have patience, your BA looks great, but it does take time.

Thank you so much! Do you think it makes much of a difference with how long it takes to D&F since I have never breastfed?

I have heard of women having right chest muscles, but not sure if breastfeeding has anything to do with D&F. I do know that breastfeeding stretches the skin... So maybe??? That's a really good question. Still... I believe your enhancement is beautiful.

Omg... Dumb phone keeps autocorrecting... I mean **tight chest muscles** which makes the D&F take longer. Heard massaging helps with that.

Your chest muscles are still tight, pressing on your implant, once they have stretched and relaxed I'm sure you will be very happy

Thank you. It's just so hard to be patient! I'm regretting not getting 400 HP's. Not sure why I think 25 cc would make a difference!

I think about it too, but I don't want it to be impossible to find a bra in stores, and it's looking like I might be a 32D or 32DD when it's all said and done, I don't need to be any bigger than that!

So it's been two weeks and I'm feeling really great. Still a bit if numbness mostly on the inner sides. My skin is really right there so maybe that has something to do with it. I had my post-op check on day ten. My surgeon said everything looked great. He recommended no underwire unless I find one that's comfortable. I did pick up a sports bra with underwire that feels ok. He also didnt say anything about massaging them. Why do some surgeons recommend it and some don't? I feel like massage might help them drop a bit? But I also don't want to mess things up.
I'm back to work and haven't had any issues so far. No one has even seemed to notice, I guess I don't look any different than I did in my padded push up bras.
I'm having some boob greed today and really wishing I would have gone with at least 400's may even 425's. I'm wearing a 32D sports bra right now and it fits great. I'm not sure how my size will change as they drop...still quite high. How much does the size usually change as they drop? Or does it?
Overall I'm super happy so far! And so glad I found this site!!
