38 Want my Nice Body Back - Columbus, OH

This is a very late review but I'm still haunted from my experience to this day! This was done 2014/2015 but the app options won't allow me to enter the correct date. I saved and was beyond excited to get this procedure and leading up to surgery day all went well. After being told to keep my faja/compression garment on for 6 months, I was looking good, as long as I was wearing it. After completely healing and doing all I was told to a T, I was beyond entirely dissatisfied with the results. I made this extremely clear to his staff, because at this time, it was an impossible feat to speak to, email with or get a follow up appt. Once, then twice I FINALLY got a follow up and after months of corresponding with his staff about the terrible results of his work, I was shamed, I was told a many negative things and the ONLY RESOLUTION I was ever offered was I can PAY AGAIN WITH NO DISCOUNT AND DO IT ALL AGAN.. not just by his staff but him as well and he treated me horribly along with two specific staff members. I am, to this day, emotionally and mentally scarred by this whole situation and dealings with this Dr and his staff. I have before/after photos still I will search for and upload to this review soon as I find them. I looked like I was ran over by several cars and bruising way beyond anything even SOMEWHAT normal than what should be after this procedure. I know way more now because I found a great Dr almost 3+ years later that not only "fixed" things, but did an amazing job and treated me like his patient and not like Dr Preston and his staff, which was "poor" and "broke". I was even told by his staff after tying for too long to get ANY KIND OF revision, discount for another round, discount on another service (I was getting Botox at the time) like Botox or a filler, to "JUST WEAR YOUR COMPRESSION GARMENT (faja) UNDER YOUR CLOTHES ALL THE TIME, SOME OF OUR PREVIOUS PATIENTS STILL DO OVER TWO YEARS AFTER BECAUSE IT MAKES THEM LOOK BETTER". Maybe getting this out (off my mind and onto "paper" (typing), along with telling my truest experience with Dr Preston and his staff will help myself move forward or anyone else. A friend of mine also had a really bad experience, but that's her story to tell not mine. It's my hopes that all in this office involved that may still work there has changed many of these horrible ways of treating PAYING PATIENTS and considers how some or all are effected VERY LONG TERM by their actions and words. I will make it my business to find these photos and add them to my reviews asap.
