I wanted to fix what another Dr.did. Which is add fat to the areas the other DR took too much of. ????
Dr. Taranow made me feel comfortable. As well as his staff. He keeps it real and will tell you if you are a candidate for the surgery you are looking for. He is reasonable. I chose him because of his experience and technique.

I met with Dr. Taranow on May 6. He made me feel so welcome. He took his time to listen with what I want to be done. A BBL.... He explained in detail what he can do and fix. Lol! I met with other Plastic surgeons, but he was the one....no rush. His secretary Sarah, what a great person she is. Very nice. She explains the type of payments you can do. She really works with you. The best part is that she sends you the forms before the appt. that makes it easier and you don't have to wait in the waiting room feeling out the forms. I made the appointment to have surgery for May 28. She gives you the prep info and subscriptions so that I can have before surgery. The surgery was yesterday. His surgery staff, nurse, Susan Wysock, assistant, Steven Powell, and of course the anesthesiologist, Dr. Galkin. They were amazing. Made me feel very comfortable before surgery. No rush what so ever. After surgery, I woke up fine and headphone. Dr. Taranow called that night. I was like...wow. He took the time to call me. How great was that. I felt really good after the surgery. Just your regular aches and pain which is common. Is day one today. So far so good. I was up and about in the house. I'll keep you posted on my results and recovery.

Hello, it has been one week today since my surgery. I have not seen the results I wanted, but still early. I have to give it time. It is very hard to sleep on your stomach if you are used to sleep on your back. The fat was transfer into my hips and upper buttocks. I'm bruised, but not as bad as I thought. I bought arnica montana, bromelain with quercetin and the clinical support program from VitaMedica. its pricey, but worth it. Bruices are almost gone. I also made myselft a juice of pinaple, cucumber and celery in the mornings. That helps the healing process as well. I started the drainage massages right away, so my body can recuperate faster from the aches of the lipo of my back, side and abdominal area. Massages does help alot. I recommend "healing wellness spa" in NJ. It is very small place, but they work wonders with their hands. It is clean and they are very friendly as well. I also bought a garment called "fajate" that shapes the body nicely. i just going to wait until my body heals more before I can see the results I want. I'll keep you posted.
