As my hair started to thin in the frontal region and I started to thin on top of my head I felt it was time to do something about it. I heard NeoGraft could do hair transplants with no incision! I consulted with three facilities and then I consulted with Dr Fernau. Immediately I felt his honesty and passion for the procedure and I saw he had it done himself. He took over an hour explaining in detail every part of the procedure.. He even gave a slide show on the computer to show the difference of the old strip method versus the NeoGraft method. I made my decision immediately to go with Dr Fernau. I don't regret it. It was way more than I expected. I got 1800 grafts and now have a full head of hair. And his technician Sherry was excellent. I have never seen a doctors office where every single person was so nice and everyone took a genuine interest in my results. This procedure has made me more confident. And no incision on the back of my head! I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr Fernau and his staff.

Dr Fernau and Sherry are so professional and so approachable. They gave me their cell phone numbers to call with any questions.
