No more Torpedo [RS bleep].. Thats what I have been telling everyone that knows me. Both of my breast had issues. The other had a lot of scar tissue build up.
I had visited 3 other surgeons in the Tampa area and Dr. Halpern was the only one that I felt confident in working with. I was so please with the results and would highly recommend him.
