TT with muscle repair, and lipo of flanks. I cannot bieve I did it. I've been in and out of it today. Here are some things is was very glad or wish I had army finger tips that I hadn't heard anyone mention:
1. Gum
2. A back scratcher
3, Chapstick
I've been in pAin, but like many other dive taken pain meds every 5 hours. I really think that helped. Also the binder made me feel very restricted. I felt GREAT relief when I burped!

Try to rest. The binder is hard to deal with but I noticed that if I drink something and sit up a little I can burp easier. Happy healing!
