The process was wonderful. Hassle-free and uncomplicated. They were very patient explaining the procedure in terms I could understand. I felt very cared for before and after the surgery. It all went very smoothly. There was never a time when I felt like they had said one thing and done another. They did not over-promise and under-deliver. They gave me the facts and that's just how it turned out.

Dr. Nijher was kind and professional and very up front about how the procedure was going to go. I had no reservations about asking any questions. My husband was also very impressed and comfortable with Dr. Nijher. All of the nurses and other staff are also very professional and caring. Latoya and Arlene were great when I had questions or was nervous about something. They all have a wonderful "bedside" manner and seem to truly care about you as a person and not just a patient. I'm extremely happy with my results and would have paid twoce as much for the fantastic experience I had at Dr. Nijher's office.
