Finally I will have my BA done in three weeks. I am so eager and nervous. I already paid the non-refundable deposit so there is no way back. The only thing pending is the placement under or above the muscle. After so many hours of surfing the web I decided to have them under. I will keep you post it.

Going under the muscle will give a natural look & feel. Also, if the implants are saline, there is less chance of rippling.

I have the same option and I will likely go over based on what I am reading and based on my skin, breast tissue and muscle density. I am curious what did you feel where so of the pro's for going under?

I'm aging now and since I am under HRT my Testosterone level is too low, and I don't want in the near future my implant start loosing battle with gravity, so I believe under the muscle the implant would be in place for many years to come. Second because my culture customs people like to hug all the time, close hugs even the same sex, so I do not want my cousins start hugging and feeling so soon, no until the day I would be able to come out full time.
