I couldn't not have made a better decision! My breast look fantastic! Went and purchased my first bra at Victoria Secrets. I really am a bit bigger than I had envisioned for myself...but I am So glad! They look great.
Victoria Secrets carries a awesome line of sports bras... and they have a new front open/close that if those of who out there with larger breast I totally recommend.

Moving right along
Today I am feeling GREAT! Went camping this past weekend. Sleeping on an air mattress was not as fun I thought LOL So I ended up sleeping in my recliney chair. It was a great weekend and the beach look amazing... un-patiently waiting until I am able to get into the ocean. SOON though!!!
I am continually pleasantly surprised with the after care of Dr. S and his staff! I have started doing my ultrasound sessions, and once I am done with them I feel like a million bucks! It really truly helps me with the tightness and tenderness. Before I started, I noticed that my arms around my armpit area would feel tight when I extended my arms. After the first session, I felt noticeably less tights in that area. I have had 3 sessions as of now, with a combination of time, rest and those AWESOME ultrasound treatments I feel fantastic, and I can move my arms around with no problem. I am still doing no lifting; I am walking around quite well. Have no problem shopping :-) I have started school again and sitting at the computer for a while leaves me feeling a bit tight and a little soar being hunched over. So, I will have to get a better set up.
Every day is better than the last and i am SO SUPER excited about tomorrow! ALSO, I didn't mention but my breast look AMAZING!

Well I can not believe how fast time is going.... the first 4 days or so seemed to DRAG on forever with not being able to get around very quickly on my own, but my nurse I will tell you is amazing! If you have a good support system I am telling you this recovery will go by amazingly. Not just your support system at home, but to include your Surgeon and staff. Dr Larry and his staff are TOP OF THE LINE. They have been supportive, helpful, caring, they truly stand by what they promote, you are like family. I have called, emailed and texted questions and I get a response right away. To get a response back from your surgeon is HUGE it makes you feel like you matter especially with someone who is so busy. I could not have made a better choice in surgeons. If you are in Hawaii, you are INSANE not to go with Dr. Larry and his staff.
Thus far my recovery has been uneventful (THANKFULLY) I have started my ultrasound for my lipo areas and although skeptical at first what I can say after just ONE session is DO IT!! The heat from the machine on the tender and tight areas feels fantastic and I swear I was standing taller after the session! As of not I am not standing 100% percent upright but I am walking around doing very light work around the house. I went shopping yesterday and for the first time was walking around without getting stated at because I was walking hunched over, haha so it felt pretty good.
One thing I can say is that I completely forgot about travel- my truck is lifted and luckily my neighbors rock and let me use their van for a couple days then my husband went and bought me a step stool so that i can get in and out of my truck, and it is something that i recommend totally. It keeps the urge to grab the handles and pull yourself into your car.
Since surgery I have had No breast tenderness or pain at all. At first they felt a bit tight but as of today they feel great and look even better!!! Totally suggest the nipple modesty covers though!
My abdomen is still tight, and feels bruised when you apply pressure, but i have absolutely no pain. I have been off my pain medication now for a while, and feel great. Depending on how much you walk around during the day at night i will feel fatigued and i will pop some tylenol and just put my feet up.
For those out there who's surgeons use DMSO please dont be a knot head (LIKE ME) and forget to use it. It does make a huge difference ... I forgot and started using it again and it has been making a noticeable difference.

His front desk staff accommodated me on a day that they were closed! (Who even does that?!) Then there is Jenna... SHE IS FANTASTIC!! I am sooooo very nervous, but know I am in good hands!
