I'm 32, 5'3, 120 lbs. Hoping to restore fullness after having children.
I'm currently a B cup and hoping to be a full C or small D. My PS recommends 250 - 300 CC smooth round silicone.
Surgery is scheduled for 1/27/16. Pre-op 1/11.
I'm extremely nervous, mainly about being sedated, but I'm really excited at the same time!

Pre-op done, blood work done, now just waiting not so patiently..
My PS wants to stay conservative with 250 cc's, but he's going to see how slightly bigger implants look during surgery. I'm fine with this but in concerned that I may regret not going bigger.
My main concern is just filling the extra skin - I am fine with the perkiness (or lack thereof). I think a lift would make them to high and would look strange.
Anyway - I'm counting down the days and trying not to freak out about my fear of anesthesia.
Good luck to all the January girls!

I was very nervous also- about a lot of things- anesthesia, size, outcome, recovery... but it went well. I got 275ccs and love them, but if I could rewind time I probably would've went with 225cc or 250cc (I know I am the exception because most women get boob greed and wish they would've gone bigger, but not me). I was looking just to fill out my deflated nursing and pregnancy breasts, instead I ended up with 275ccs making me a DD. I wanted a C cup (so CCs are not always what they seem)...
I think you will do great, the number one thing is to trust your doctor, and take time to heal. Here's to wishing you a happy and healthy recovery! Hope we get to see your documented photos and journey on here.

Thank you! My surgeon definitely wants to stay conservative - he ordered 250, 275, and 300 cc implants and he's going to see what looks best in surgery. I want to fill my extra skin without going so big that it affects running and exercising. I think a lot of people are misled by thinking a certain amount of cc's will equal an exact size but it's really different for everyone. I'm pretty petite so I feel like I will have a significant increase in size with just a small implant. When I was pregnant, I was a small D cup and they didn't feel 'in the way' or too big at all. Are you considering going with smaller implants in the future? And what type of bra are you a DD in? Victoria's Secret is usually a lot different in size than other brands.. How was your recovery? Thanks again for to be well wishes - as long as I wake up from anesthesia, I'm not worried about anything else! :)

When i was nursing I went up to a DD, E cup... I am DD in Victoria secret and maiden form, certain bras of the same brand I am a D or DD- depends on the cut, D in Calvin Klein and Walmart bra and 3 other brands I have like lily of France and a few others. Yes when I have my next surgery (in 10 years hopefully :) I will be going smaller.
My recovery went well except that tethered scar hurt the entire time so I'm excited to have that fixed. Feel free to look at my photos and ask me any questions. This site is great for support because I will warn you that emotionally it's a little bit of a roller coaster (and that seems to be true across the board). But I consider worth it so far

So I'm becoming more excited than nervous now... We'll be heading to the city the night before so the only thing left to do now is book a hotel room.
I can't believe this is really happening!
I'm posting some before pics in my post op bra...hoping to fill this baby out on Wednesday! :)
