Adjusting to attachments

Day 5 of having these lovely boys in! The dull ache is still there whenever I put them back in. Been really bad this week not wearing them as much as I should but I had a stomach bug I didn't want to experience what it would feel like to vomit with them in! Got the chewies of the internet and I really like chomping on them at night to help the aligners settle in.
Thanks everyone!

I've added a picture with my attachments and aligners in

Attachments

Again - not a fun experience. 1 hour in the chair with cheek extenders and a drainage tube. They don't hurt when I take the aligners out but ache when they go back in! Set 3 out of 21.

Buzz buzz buzz...

I was nervous about getting my attachments but turns out I need to wait another week until the doc is happy enough that the teeth have moved fully. They don't look too bad however - he showed me the computer generated changes
- most of the attachments are on the sides of my teeth.

Now - the interproximal polishing that was an experience! It doesn't hurt it just feels like your head is going to blow off your shoulders when the file dips down to the gum line. The pressure and buzzing was insane.
So insane that I actually passed out from the vibrations. Haha. The shame! Had to lie down for 10 minutes during it and after becuase I was actually floating! I think it was just the effect of the rigorous vibrations moving up my skull!

Not a fun experience but you can't enjoy everything! Hopefully the spaces will help my teeth move.

Thanks everyone for being here to help me through this!
