Two months post Lipo

I amntwo months post and feeling totally normal. I know there is still some swelling and I am hoping that will go away! Nevertheless, I am getting back to health and training to get me body back!

I had cool sculpting twice and it did absolutely nothing. I then did liposuction and the surgeon told me that cool sculpting makes the fat more fibrous and difficult to suction out. The recovery from liposuction was easier than from coolsculpting and much better results hands down. I agree, Coolsculpting was a total waste of money.
Looks great, thanks for sharing! I too am healthy and have a stubborn pouch and thought about cool sculpting but I have mixed feeling, especially now that I read your post. Would you mind telling me how much you spent on the lipo? How much down time before I could return to work? Thanks again for your valued information and sharing your experience with us. Thank you for sharing this, you look great. Did they refund the money for coolsculpting? I had this done 8 weeks ago and have seen no results. I feel like a fool for spending 2600 on the procedure.
She wrote earlier in comments that the lipo cost her $10k but Coolsculpting paid for it because she had hyperplasia.
I'm 7 weeks out from Coolsculpting. Waste of money.

Finally got the lipo!

For anyone who is actually following this story:
I had corrective Lipo on the lower abdomen, upper abdomen and I paid extra $ for my waist.
I was in a "twilight" state of anesthesia but I do remember telling the doctor that he was "mean" for hurting me Lololol. Other than that I don't remember much and I do NOT remember any pain during the procedure. I am almost two weeks out now and I have to say, for me, the recovery has been MUCH easier than what I experienced with coolsculpting. I had to take 1/2 Vicodin the first night but nothing since. I'll continue to update but feel free to ask any questions!

Oh my gosh soooo much more. $10,000 actually but Coolsculpting paid for all of it because I had hyperplasia.

Definitely hyperplasia

According to my doctor actual Hyperplasia is very rare, however, I do have it and it was caused by Coolsculpting. I am going to a consultation tomorrow with a plastic surgeon to see what my options are. I will post updates about that journey as well.

Zeltiq is supposed to cover the cost of lipo in the case of Hyperplasia.

I also had coolsculpting and am now having to consider smartlipo. I paid 4000 for coolsculpting so are you happy with your lipo?
