I had buccal fat excision done by Dr. Paul for my 30th birthday and he did an impeccable job with outstanding results. My Asian cheeks were cute as a kid but as an adult and a physician myself I wanted to look slightly older -- especially to my patients -- without doing anything dramatic, and the results of removing some excess buccal fat were exactly what I was hoping for, subtle yet dramatic.
