Today I'm exactly 3 weeks post op. Ladies, at what point did you stop losing volume? I've read different things on here. Some people suggest that whatever you have after 3 weeks, you keep. Other women have said they lost volume up to 3 months post op.. Also, how long until the fat on the booty becomes less firm and hard? When will it drop down from the shelf position? I'm assuming it will drop down AND soften up at the same time, since the firmness is probably what's keeping it sitting up high.

I think i stopped losing volume at 2 months although i swear im flat some days and ok others. We just have to face the facts that if we want booties like our wish pix, we need two or three rounds which is why my next one is alreay set :/
Did you lose volume bc you were losing weight you think? Or it just happened gradually? I know our minds play tricks on us so I'm going to start taking measurements so I know whether I'm seeing the real thing or not... I wish my waist would shrink its still the same exact size as it was pre op... I think my swelling is taking awhile to go down. I might be right there with you for a round 2, crazy as it sounds!!!! I think most of it was swelling-- because i stayed off my butt for 7 weeks so as not to kill any fat cells. I don't think its weight loss but it could be---i was 188 back in January, had surg in Feb, and now i teeter totter between 177 and 181.5. But thats probably just water weight and if i eat bad for a day or not. Either way I know I want and NEED MORE MORE MORE!! Luckily when i get my nose n TT in feb he will do another bbl at no charge

I'm losing volume and I'm at like 11 weeks and in no way losing weight so I'm confused. Been sitting since 8 weeks can that be it?? Did anyone experience loss after sitting???
How's sleeping for you now? And dimpling, better??
Happy 3wks boo more healing to come. I've been 47inches since week 3 and I'm now at week 7. I don't know if I will lose more but I pray it stays. My shelf begin to drop at 4 weeks and lately it's been softening each week and had dropped a lot now. I can actually shake it some lol. I shall wait til month 3 to determine my permanent results. So u will start to see some changes in your skin, and the firmness will subside soon Hun! Happy healing !
Hey girl! How are you feeling. I remeber we had our surgeries on the same day so I'm on week 3 too. I got super swollen on Monday but I tried to compress t as much as possible so the welling gone down a lot. My butt is still very hard and I lost some volume but it looks good. Much better than before lol

Yes-I see the lumpiness and flat spots. However, the shape/roundness is intact. It almost looks like the swelling stretched out your skin.....so I'm hopeful for you that it will indeed retract. The fat will definitely continue to settle. Hang in there doll!
I agree with @Booty4Real I see the roundness and the shape, once it drops and settles that ass is gonna be serious; however in the mean time I strongly suggest a butt in faja so the pressure won't stretch the skin anymore than in already has. Be well and keep us posted!
I hope you are feeling ok. I am also going to Schulman Next month. I hope you keep us updated. I am nervous about this procedure. I just dont want to be disappointed. Because this is one of my dreams and has been for a while. Please please please keep me updated. Thanks.
