I live a healthy life style. Diet and exercise (kick boxing plus gym). No matter what I did I could not get rid of the Mommy pouch. I have great legs and arms just abds were so bad. Effected me in so many ways. Not just physically but mentally.
I'm 7 days post op and all ready know it was one of the best things I have done for myself.
I'm a nurse was sure to do my research before this procedure. RS was a big help too. My Plastic surgeon and his staff are amazing. Thank you Dr.Matthew Schulman and staff.

Thank you. I'm feeling really good. Hardest part is the swelling. Swelling is mainly in abdomen at this point. I had some in upper thighs. Also bra area from lipo. I'm drinking plenty of water,wearing binder 24/7 and avoiding salt. See ps today. Hope final drain will come out. Also move into compression garment. I have to be thankful for no complications nausea,vomiting or allergic reactions. I'm not taking anything for pain. Standing 95% straight. Plenty of bruising from lipo with slight tenderness. My children are grown so I'm able to just rest. Lol went from average 15,000 steps a day to 600 -700 steps.
