This morning a bit better painwise! Here is a pic wearing the same VS bra as the pre op pics (different colour same size)
Up and down
Boobs look good, body feels wrecked.
Bloating, sore incisions (although checked and passed by nurse) achey muscles.
Miss cuddling my son, boobs too sore to snuggle him too closely.
I think because I had large implants straight away maybe they are tighter and affecting chest and muscle area more than something smaller? I don't know.

Water retention!
I hope I am holding fluid as I am feeling a bit F-A-T right now. Difficult to not move around much so I'm sure I'm collecting surplus calories around my waist!!! BUT... my boobs look wicked (to me!) and my husband is pretty pleased too!!!
Mostly off the pain killers, morphine at night still but I don't feel constantly in need of p.ks and sitting/standing and all sorts of movement is much more comfortable. I do t know how people go back to work/the gym at this stage, you need to be so careful!!!
Will definitely need to do some yoga when I am able, my shoulders and back are super tight.
Emotionally I'm back to normal which is great (for everyone ha).
I tried on a fabric bra I wore pre surgery which is def too small now but I still loved it!
