Extremely pleased with my results so far. Working out and buying clothes that fit . Back in on full workouts, but the stomach/ab area is tight.
Saw my surgeon couple of weeks ago and still a bit of swelling and that's normal. Especially after a workout. Continue to wear shape wear to help compress and help with that. Well worth the pain and cost!!

Very pleased, started back working out. It's an odd feeling but doing mainly cardio and boxing. Staying away from sit-ups and crunches. Noticed after workout that my lower belly swells a bit. Needed to workout as felt like I was gaining weight. Scars are aching a bit but all as expected.
Each day I see more improvements in swelling, and the fabulous line down my belly. Next doctor follow up is Monday. Total weight down post surgery: 12 pounds.

when did you stop taking the pain killers? and do you mind sharing how many pounds were you before the surgery? Thanks
Befor surgery about 169, and pain meds for about two weeks.

Heading into week 6 - wow
I am very satisfied,never thought it would get this way! Flat tummy and hourglass. Wishing I had gotten inside thighs done,as the outside doesn't seem t be lol that different. Although I am so happy about my tummy. I actually have a line down the middle of my abs ! Can't wait to get back to the gym !!!

How do you feel about the drainless procedure? Do you have any indentations or is your tummy smooth?
The Dr I'm looking at does drainless but it doesn't seem very common
I am can't say more about drainless. No indents and really the swelling is less . Having no drains takes down the percentage of issues. I highly recommend based on research. Better surgeons learn and do this procedure. Takes 20m additional..
I agree with you 100%. My surgeon doesn't guarantee he will do drainless until he's in there . So I feel completely blessed that he was able to do mine. The drains scared me so I was so thankful when I woke up to no drains! You look good girl!
